Feature Specification Model EvoQ EH‑951GC Overall Size ~900 mm × 510 mm Cutout Size ~840 mm × 480 mm (standard for 90 cm hobs) Surface Material 8 mm Black Tempered Glass Pan Supports Cast Iron Ignition Electric (Battery or Piezo) Controls Mechanical Knobs Burners 4–5 gas burners (including high-power zones) Safety Device Likely No Flame-Failure (confirm with seller) Fuel LPG (G30/G31) or Natural Gas (G20) Robust 8 mm Tempered Glass Surface The top plate is made of thick, black tempered glass (~8 mm) for a sleek, modern appearance and ease of cleaning. Durability is enhanced by the strong glass foundation, similar to EvoQ’s EH‑905GL series which uses 7 mm glass Meter Valve and Control Heavy-Duty Cast Iron Grids Durable and heat-resistant cast-iron pan supports deliver excellent stability for large or heavy cookware, just like other EvoQ models in this size range Electric Ignition (Battery/Piezo-Assisted) Each burner ignites with a push-button or battery-powered mechanism—no need for matches or manual lighting, as seen in the EH‑905GL and EH‑604GL variants Gas Burners Configuration Although the exact count isn't officially documented for EH‑951GC, similar 90 × 51 cm EvoQ models come with 5 gas burners, likely including rapid, semi-rapid, and auxiliary zones—possibly with a wok option. Mechanical Control Knobs Manually operated knobs offer responsive control over flame intensity and cooker operation, consistent with other Hob models like EH‑905GL . Safety Considerations: Likely No FFD Other EvoQ built-in models (e.g., EH‑905GL, EH‑604GL) typically lack a flame-failure device (FFD), meaning the gas does not automatically shut off if the flame goes out
